Romanticizing July

This is your invitation to romanticize the season without the suitcase.

As you probably know by now, I romanticize everything.

But summer? That one used to be hard for me. Too much pressure to travel, and to always be somewhere else.

This year, I’m choosing differently.

I’m thinking, just because I’m home doesn’t mean I can’t bring the world to me. I’m learning how to enjoy summer even when travel isn’t involved — how to make it feel rich, inspired, and beautiful right here.

So I’m pulling inspo from the places I’ve loved most, Beach clubs in the South of France, laid back days in Byron Bay, and Sundays in Paris to curate my rituals, my meals & my outfits.

We always associate summer with leaving,  with trips, getaways, and flights. But what about when you stay?

What does it look like to be home for the summer? To stay rooted inside your space but also inspired.

How do you curate your time when you're not escaping, but have it feel as if you did?

Maybe your rituals shift — iced matcha instead of hot coffee, working from hotel lobbies instead of your desk and reading at the beach instead of on your sofa

Maybe your recipes do too — no stove meals like a hot honey grapefruit arugula salad with AVOCADO, pumpkin seeds & PROSCIUTTO

With your body as an accessory in soft linen silhouettes, kitten heels & sun kissed skin.

Summer is for getaways, yes — but if you stay, indulge in the richness of being home.

Slow Beach Days

Whether it’s a local beach, your own pool, or a day pass at a gorgeous hotel, pack a beautiful beach bag with a book that feels like an escape and don’t forget your fan, a floppy hat, some electrolytes and your SPF!

Summer Body Rituals

Post Gym

I’ve been elevating my post-gym rituals into a full experience: a 20-minute sauna session, magnesium spray to ease muscle tension, and a spa inspired skincare routine.

On the weekends

I roll out my mat for a stretch and foam rolling session, letting my body decompress.

Daily

Most mornings I give myself a lymphatic massage to boost circulation and reset my system. I use my post shower body oil and it’s honestly a tiny act of luxury I’ve been coming to love as I help my body regulate and release toxins!

Recipes that Taste Like Summer

These are the summer recipes I have on rotation: lemony pasta, cucumber toast, tuna and lettuce wraps, rotisserie chicken wraps, summer fried rice, and fruit salads with yogurt and nuts — especially papaya or mango.

And my fave, this hot honey grapefruit arugula salad

Summer Uniform

You’re at home, but the vibe is still European summer. Soft linens, open back dresses, body jewelry and staying cool and hydrated with portable fans, hats & electrolytes!

Summer linen Refresh

I love switching out my towels and bedding for summer, it’s such a low lift way to elevate my space while also keep cool in the hotter summer months. I have this Mediterranean vibe going in my bathroom and I’m loving these turkish and striped towels. And for my bed, linen sheets are a must have! Not only do they look chic but they keep me cool too!

So whether you’re hopping on a plane or staying exactly where you are, this is your reminder: summer is a feeling you can create. In your rituals, your recipes, your space, and your style.

You don’t have to escape to feel refreshed, inspired, or alive.

So here’s to romanticizing July, because being here is inspiring enough.
