Take Your Vitamins, Babe

(because matcha and Pilates won’t save you if your hormones are in shambles)

I used to just buy whatever was trending. Vitamin C? Sure. Collagen? Obviously. Immunity powders, sea moss gummies, colostrum—why not?

But then, I got real.

And by real, I mean: I got my blood work done and started doing my own research.

Because I was ALWAYS tired, my hair was thinning and my mood was up and down.

I just wanted to feel like myself again.

That was the beginning of being a woman who learns and listens to her body.

Here’s my vitamin cocktail,

mY science-backed, made-for-me kind of RITUAL.

Electrolytes

  • Boosts focus, supports hydration, and helps fight fatigue—especially if you sweat a lot or drink caffeine.

Creatine

  • Supports brain health, improves energy production at a cellular level, and helps preserve muscle tone—especially important for women as we age.

Magnesium

  • Better sleep, calmer mood, and tension relief.  My nervous system literally calms when I take this.

Omega 3 + D3

  • Mood support. Hormone balance. Keeps my skin glowy and my cycle a little more predictable.

B12 + K

  • Great for energy that doesn’t spike or crash,  nervous system support and nutrient absorption.

Pre + Probiotics

  • For gut health: less bloating, better digestion, and happier skin.

Ashwagandha

  • My literal chill pill. Balances cortisol and helps my body handle stress with more grace.

Vitamin C

  • Immunity, collagen production, and skin barrier support.

L-Theanine

  • Helps with focus without the edge. Pairs perfectly with coffee for a calm, clear brain.

Glutathione

  • Cellular detox support, protects against oxidative stress, and brings out that inner glow.

I’m not saying these are your vitamins, I’m saying: figure out which ones are.

Don’t just take supplements—take the ones your body actually needs.

Get the labs. Ask questions. Do your research. Build a daily ritual that feels good and makes sense.

Mine started with fatigue. How are you feeling?
